QA Strategy

The QA Strategy is the plan for how you are going to approach project quality, and can serve as your QA framework, for business to maintain process of project initiation and reviews/reporting.

Quality Assurance can be applied from project conception through to delivery. Testing can be considered the end validation of the end-to-end QA process, the what gives a final verification of project output.

We are not there to rewrite your business process, and it is development process which is our primary focus. Then we work outwards, to recommend changes are actually relevant. Development is commonly overlooked in Agile application, as most effort is focussed on project management (with Scrum largely adopted).

There are many modern project methodologies, from the more project-agnostic Sprint planning method, to Lean software development approaches, such as Kanban and BDD (Behaviour-Driven Development).

There is no reason you cannot develop your own, based on one or more methodologies. Our approach is flexible, dependant on your work culture, and existing (working) processes.

What we consider essential is an Acceptance Testing framework, is what can ultimately deliver transparency to the team and to the business – and will keep the developers and testers on track. It will enable you to monitor progress from wherever you are, as well as maintaining requirements changes that permeate seamlessly through to development.
