Our main test management system, which supports requirements, test scripts, defect tracking AND integration with automated testing tools (such as Selenium). It is lean and quick, and provides useful statistics and reports of project progress.
A solid issue tracker with numerous plugins to integrate with other source control and automated testing applications. Recommended for a wider audience, as the issue raising process is designed to be as easy or complex as needs be – and this can be done per user type. For easy submission there is a basic online form that can be used to submit issues. There are statsitics and Gannt charts to illustrate progress, and to provide overall view of issue progress/resolution performance.
We still like to good old wiki, for its semantic mark-up friendly data architecture, and speed of use. Still considered best means of sharing, distributing and discussing information.
