Our main test man­age­ment sys­tem, which sup­ports require­ments, test scripts, defect track­ing AND inte­gra­tion with auto­mated test­ing tools (such as Sele­nium).  It is lean and quick, and pro­vides use­ful sta­tis­tics and reports of project progress.

A solid issue tracker with numer­ous plu­g­ins to inte­grate with other source con­trol and auto­mated test­ing appli­ca­tions.  Rec­om­mended for a wider audi­ence, as the issue rais­ing process is designed to be as easy or com­plex as needs be — and this can be done per user type.   For easy sub­mis­sion there is a basic online form that can be used to sub­mit issues.  There are stat­sitics and Gannt charts to illus­trate progress, and to pro­vide over­all view of issue progress/resolution performance.

We still like to good old wiki, for its seman­tic mark-up friendly data archi­tec­ture, and speed of use.   Still con­sid­ered best means of shar­ing, dis­trib­ut­ing and dis­cussing information.
